SOBO American Bistro was created to bring an exceptional dining experience to South Boulder. Chef Sakima Isaac brings his vision of Modern American Cuisine to the neighborhood with a seasonally changing menu using only the freshest ingredients. We partner with purveyors who share Chef Isaac's belief in using free-range meats, locally sourced produce and sustainably harvested seafood.
